Payment and Delivery

 We  accept credit cards and PayPal.  For credit cards please  "click" the PayPal tab at check out disregard the PayPal  "sign in" and scroll below that in order to enter credit card information.


 All orders will be bagged with customers name and order form inside.  All orders will be processed monthly, at the end of each month.(except for new hires that are part of Medical Services and require uniforms)   Orders take approximately 4 weeks for decorating to be complete.
